Inside this warm and inviting, two-story home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a nearby dining table for six, and a comfortably furnished living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Out back, let the kids or the dogs run and play in the enclosed yard while you fire up the gas grill and then dine together al fresco on the large, furnished deck.

What's nearby:
If you want to hit the beach, take a short stroll down to the end of Avenue U just a block away. Borrow the crab traps (find them in the garage) and try your hand at crabbing off the 12th Avenue Bridge that crosses the Necanicum River, just a couple miles north. When it's time to dine out, check out the Seaside Golf Club, Restaurant, & Sports Bar for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, just a quarter-mile from your door, pick up some pastries and terrific coffee from Osprey Café, or sample the many popular restaurants found up and down Highway 101.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

The Good
Communication was seamless - clear instructions for access and the Wi‑Fi worked reliably. The location is excellent: a short walk to the beach and downtown, with plenty of coffee shops and places to eat nearby.

The Bad
Cleanliness fell short of expectations. We found hair on the beds and decided to buy fresh sheets; our friends decided to wash the host’s linens in the house laundry. We rinsed items before use and avoided sitting on anything with visible stains which worked out.

The Ugly
Most concerning: lancets for blood‑sugar testing were left in plain sight in the master bedroom. Finding medical sharps in a guest space is not ideal.

Overall, consider the great location and smooth check‑in, but be aware the place needs much better cleaning before I could recommend it without reservations.
