Bright, inviting, and perfect for the entire family, Seaside Serenade boasts plenty of desirable amenities in a prime location just one block from the beach. Inside this warm and inviting, two-story home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a nearby dining table for six, and a comfortably furnished living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Out back, let the kids or the dogs run and play in the enclosed yard while you fire up the gas grill and then dine together al fresco on the large, furnished deck.

What's nearby:
If you want to hit the beach, take a short stroll down to the end of Avenue U just a block away. Borrow the crab traps (find them in the garage) and try your hand at crabbing off the 12th Avenue Bridge that crosses the Necanicum River, just a couple miles north. When it's time to dine out, check out the Seaside Golf Club, Restaurant, & Sports Bar for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, just a quarter-mile from your door, pick up some pastries and terrific coffee from Osprey Café, or sample the many popular restaurants found up and down Highway 101.

The property is very nice and well maintained. Could use some large glasses, for outside use. Would love to have a hairdryer.Lovely home, short walk to the beach

Despite being a little dated, the home was in a nice location for our recent stay during the huge volleyball tournament my daughter participated in. The layout worked perfectly for our group of 7 which included 4 teenagers. However, it could definitely use a few additions. There were barely any large cups so we had to go buy some, and the house got quite warm and there were no fans. For 630/nt it was lacking a bit. Also the front window was pretty dirty so that could use some attention. Overall, it was clean inside and we enjoyed our stay. It just needs a few staple items inside and a couple of lounge chairs for the large deck!

Enjoyed the location and bed and shower were comfortable. There were extras like foldable chairs and wagon and holders for roasting marshmallows to make it easy for a campfire by the beach. I would recommend better and more comfortable furniture on the back deck.
