The pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and board games were great for kids. Its a 3 min walk to the beach which was great. The house could use a little updating but it didn't effect the trip. Two of the queen beds shared a room so it wasn't great for multiple adults but overall a great house for a family or two.

The positives: this house was walker/cane friendly. Although 5 steps to get in, the handrail for the front stairs was very sturdy, the laminate floors were smooth and even, wide doorframes and a walk in shower (note: the shower on the main floor could really use a handrail). The house had great amenities and we enjoyed finding all of the label maker signs. The negatives: overall there weren’t many other than what was already mentioned with the floor plan - maybe put a floor plan on the listing as I didn’t really picture what as meant by bathroom accessed through bedrooms…instead it was you need to go through one bedroom on each floor to access the second bedroom on that floor. We ran away from home for the first Christmas after my dad passed. Thank you for the new Christmas memories.

The house is well equipped to keep adults and kids entertained. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and serving food. The bedrooms are a bit awkward since guests need to walk through the bedroom of others to enter and exit. Love the 3 bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash dispensers in each shower. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Thank you.

The house is great for a big group- the beds were good but the layout is weird- everyone had to pass through others bedrooms to get to the bathrooms!! There was nearly everything we needed- but lacked paper supplies if you ran out! Lol- plus there was a black widow and a bat in the basement where the ping pong table was! The pool table needs new sticks but we still had fun playing! The back deck was great! Beach was fairly close and location to downtown was awesome! Would definitely stay again with hopes of a better cleaning job and more supplies! :)
