This home is very beautiful and spacious. Loved the minimal decor. A previous review stated the bed was broken, I was hoping it would have been fixed but it was unfortunately still broken.

The house was nice and mostly clean, though cleanliness could be improved. There could be more amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly during our stay. Very happy with our second stay here, would recommend!

Highly recommend this property. We had 10 people (adults & teenagers) and it felt spacious. Great location within minutes of Sunriver Village. We even walked there a couple of times. Only a 20-25 minute drive to Wanoga Snow Park which the kids enjoyed tremendously. Very clean, nice furniture and amenities.

Big, beautiful home in a great location within caldera springs. We could walk and ride bikes easily from the trail right in backyard. Nice and close to the sunriver tap room and the food truck commons. The grill needed cleaning, unfortunately we discovered this after it ignited the grease tray. Bikes were not included in the garage, and it was unclear if we could use caldera springs bikes. In fact, depending on the staff it was unclear if any facilities were available for use. Not renting through sunriver proper seems to be contentious. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown is happening, but we were told we could golf and rent bikes (in caldera) on Wednesday and then on Thursday told none of those amenities were available. We were turned away from golfing on an empty golf 3 par golf course. Vacasa confirmed these services should have been available, so I don’t know who’s at fault here. Either way, it’s at the expense of the renter. Overall it’s a great home in a great location, the grill needed cleaning and the whole Vacasa vs Sunriver contention is at the expense of the renter, but the house was overall great with plenty of space for our family.
