We loved that there was space enough for a family to spread out and be comfortable

Couldn't get the upstairs bedroom TV's to work. No trash bag in the kitchen trash, found them on the last day rolled separately under the sink. Could not find washer and dryer. Took over 4 hrs of communication to get a real response telling us where it was. If youre reading this and have the same question, it is in the downstairs bedroom closet.

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the spaciousness of our home, as it’s designed for comfort and relaxation. It sounds like you made some great memories together!

We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the TV and the trash bags. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t work as expected, and we’re sorry for the delay in communication about the washer and dryer. We’ll make sure to improve our instructions for future guests so that everyone can find everything they need easily.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay in Sunriver soon!
