Two deck areas provide a gas grill, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining plus umbrellas to help keep you cool on those warm summer days. A secluded hot tub area is just outside the primary bedroom. The village is just steps away and SHARC passes are included for the shared pool. Shopping, dining, and entertainment can be found at The Village at Sunriver (an easy walk from the house). The Deschutes River and Mt. Bachelor are both just a short drive away. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Tennis court -Basketball court THINGS TO KNOW The Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. 240v 50amp electric car charging station available in the garage. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77.

Well stocked utensils and pots for cooking, dishes for dining, and glassware to accommodate different beverages. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Lovely home and great location in Sunriver.
