We had really enjoyed the location--close enough to the action, but also far enough to feel more relaxing. Loved the 3 King bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Our grandkids loved the SHARC and our adult kids loved the biking trails. Upstairs Primary bedroom--was difficult to keep cool when temperatures got in the 80's. Used eye masks due to the sun shining in our room at 5:15--but the sunrise was worth it. Would love to return one day!

The house is in a great location, spacious floorplan and a deck to relax on. There is a kids wing with a door to close when the kids are playing in their own resort space,"as they called it" You are removed eanough from the Village to not get the amount of foot traffic and cars. But close eanough that you can hop on your bike and ride there.The Village also has good food and a play areas,shops and a store packed with anything you could want. The bikes are a must for the scenic rides all around Sunriver. Every night was a different sunset and the daily views are amazing. The house is close eanough to do all kinds of hikes /rides, as well as fishing or to go enjoy the awesome water park. We visited the nature center and experienced the observatory. It was Amazing. This was a place I never knew I needed and will be returning to this house for many years. Its a must.

We loved that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It was also great that 3 bedrooms have king size beds. The beds are a bit firm but seem to be memory foam. I appreciated the yoga mats, exercise bands and weight in the master bedroom. It was a pleasant surprise to find an insta pot in the kitchen. We easily had 3 people at a time working in the kitchen. The upstairs game room is great. It is on the same level as the bedroom with the bunks. We had enough space in that bedroom to add a queen size air mattress for the parents of the children. That level does get warmer than the other areas. A beautiful location but you do hear planes landing and taking off. We had ample space for our group and enjoyed our stay very much. I would rent this house again and recommend it to others. Do bring your own pillow though.
