This nearly 3,000 square-foot escape includes en suite bathrooms for every bedroom, a newly rebuilt atrium in the master bedroom that floods the space with natural light, and a game room featuring foosball, air hockey, a sofa bed, and a TV. Delight in many nearby activities, including tennis, biking trails, a snow tube hill, horseback riding, a marina, and four golf courses within a short drive. Local eateries, unique shops, and adventure charters await in the Village at Sunriver, mere minutes from your vacation rental. A canoe is provided.

Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring gorgeous mountain views, a wine cooler, an array of stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating. Gather for delicious meals around the dining table. Comfortable furnishings set the scene for relaxation in the open living area. Touch start gas log inserts are installed in the fireplaces. In the evening, settle in and stream shows on the smart TV.

Great house for multiple adults, all bedrooms have an en suite and there’s plenty of room for everyone. Hosts were accommodating and especially so of baby quip. We needed BabyQuip because there’s no child gear like high chairs, pack n plays etc so either bring your own or rent. Kitchen is well stocked. It is right on the golf course and close to the river loop, Harper’s bridge, the stables, etc. beds were comfortable. There wasn’t enough dish soap or laundry pods for the 6 nights we booked so if you’re staying more than a day or two, bring your own. There are also no bikes on the property. The major drawback for us was the lack of light blocking in the bedrooms, the blinds were all or mostly sheer so it was very hard for all of us to sleep. If there were darkening window coverings our experience would’ve been 10x better but we had a great time.

We had rented another house at Sunriver and upon arriving in Central Oregon discovered the house we had rented was no longer available and we were not notified. We quickly had to find a place to stay as we were 3 and a half hours from home. Avari Management had an instant rental through Air B&B and the house we eventually ended up in was perfect for our family get away. Within minutes of booking the new location we received correspondence on how to access the house. The house was amazingly clean and was just as it was described with lots of amenities. We will be staying in this location again.
