Apartamento fantástico, espaçoso, lugar muito prazeroso e calmo, ambiente confortável e agradável, saia pela porta da sala e já estava praticamente na praia. Estacionamento coberto. Praia tranquila, sem bagunça, poucas pessoas, o que torna o lugar calmo e sem agitação. Valeu cada centavo. Recomendadíssimo pra famílias que querem conforto e calmaria. Melhor reserva que já fiz aqui pelo Airbnb em uma viagem pra praia

Unit 116 met our expectations! The condo was clean upon arrival and the location on the ground floor was just what we were looking for! The proximity to the beach and pool was great! Overall it was a great trip !

Family trip with extra work

From the moment you walked in, you felt right at home. I absolutely loved the location! It had amazing first floor beachside access, carefully curated to have most of what you would need on a vacation, and lovely activities nearby. It was very easy to get grocery and food delivery. The condo is situated a few steps away from the pool, a gazebo, and the parking structure. The larger bedrooms were spacious, and the washer and dryer worked well. There were games, and a dining set that could accommodate my family of 5 easily.

The place wasn't as clean as I would've liked. The top bunk in the smaller room had a large pee spot on the bed, soaked and dried through the sheets and mattress cover. When I brought it to their attention, the remedy given was dropping off a new set of sheets. I'm 5 months postpartum, and the thought of i stripping a mattress pad from the top bunk really was too much for me.

Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets, but that could've been another guest who left it that way.

We loved our unit especially young kids. we had the first floor which was close to the pool and the beach access walk with outdoor showers. it made it easy to walk back to take breaks if needed. It was roomy and it was nice for the kids to be in their own room instead of the dining room/living area. The bathrooms actually had some decent t shower pressure as well which is always a plus for a airbnb! We also loved how much more peaceful it was by the beach and did not have to worry about our stuff getting stolen while in the water.
