Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen bed, private balcony, TV, spacious closet, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a cozy retreat with a queen bed, dresser, and large closet, with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby.

Flexible loft spaces add versatility, including a dedicated workspace with a pull-out bed—perfect for remote work or extra sleeping space. The third-floor loft doubles as an entertainment retreat with a fold-out sofa, additional seating, a TV, and games.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire home, along with parking for up to three vehicles—one space in the garage (best suited for a smaller vehicle), one in the driveway, and one in designated street parking (parking pass required).

During your stay, you’ll also enjoy access to the community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.

House rules

We love animals, but this home is pet-free to accommodate guests with allergies. Bringing a pet into the home may result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy!

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note, the pool and tennis court are open seasonally, from 30 days before Memorial Day until 30 days after Labor Day, while the fitness center, hot tubs, and saunas remain open year-round.
