Guests have full access to the entire home, along with parking for up to three vehicles—one space in the garage (best suited for a smaller vehicle), one in the driveway, and one in designated street parking (parking pass required).
During your stay, you’ll also enjoy access to the community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.

House rules
We love animals, but this home is pet-free to accommodate guests with allergies. Bringing a pet into the home may result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy!
Interaction with guests
The HOA maintained pool (open in summer) and year-round hot-tub is located 1/2 mile up the road in a separate Hidden Creek Community. The turn-off is above the traffic circle on the same side (right hand side). You can park and walk to the gate from the big parking area or there is some parking in the rear of the pool area. Current code is 1337 for Summer of 2026. This code also works for the tennis courts as well.

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note, the pool and tennis court are open seasonally, from 30 days before Memorial Day until 30 days after Labor Day.
