⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, this was a wonderful stay and the property itself absolutely lives up to its description — but I want to share a few practical notes that I hope will help future guests (and the host) make the experience even better.

**Arrival: Plan Ahead, Especially at Night**

Getting here was the most stressful part of the trip. The property sits just off a 60mph road, and the entrance signage is not lit. Arriving after dark, I missed the turn and passed the entrance three times before finally spotting it. For anyone driving in at night, I'd strongly recommend setting your GPS to the exact coordinates rather than the address, slowing well below the speed limit as you approach, and giving yourself extra time. A well-lit sign or even some reflective markers would go a long way — this is genuinely a safety concern on a fast-moving road, and I'd encourage the host to look into lighting options for the entrance.

Great place to stay in Moab. We liked that it wasn’t in the busy downtown area. The only thing missing was some hooks to hang towels in bathroom. :)

Great house. Clean and with all amenities needed. Full size washer dryer and garage. Backs up to busy highway and hard to find but follow instructions from Vasca and you can locate it. Easy to miss driving by. Road noise but not too bad.

Our stay, though short, was pleasant; the house is beautiful, new, and comfortable. As nature lovers, we loved being set apart from the more populated area of the town.

Pros: This AirBnB was very well-located for fun days in Arches and Canyonlands and proximity to restaurants in Moab. It also had a great layout and when the lock code didn’t work calling the phone number led to a quick reset. Comfy beds.
Cons: It had an extremely loud HVAC system, it was right next to the highway which meant it was sometimes very noisy at night, and lights were burnt out in ceiling fan and bunk bed top had dirty sheets - both of which we didn’t want to deal with, but overall we would stay again.
