Overview

This studio is the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Enjoy time around the firepit, or reading in the homes large yard, with surrounded by thick woods. Throughout the yard, there are sculptures and other artwork that will spark your imagination, created by the tenant that lives onsite with their friendly pup. Inside, the studio has a rustic, woodsy vibe, with pops of artwork on the walls. The kitchenette is great for light cooking, and equipped with the tools you'll need.

What's nearby:
For hiking, Turtleback Mountain Preserve has a north and south trailhead that have beautiful views. A 20-minute drive away is Eastsound, and off of main street with many restaurants, and a grocery store. Starting the firstweek of May, Eastsound also has a farmers market with local foods, ciders, and goods.

Overall we had a great stay and the space accommodated our needs well. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. Agreed with previous reviews that there is a musty smell inside and would be helpful to have more screens on doors and windows for fresh air ventilation. The property is not fully private as it is shared with the owner of the property, who was very kind and welcoming. As other reviewers have said the location is a bit of a drive, ~15-25 mins, from the state park and town.
