The pool located next to the beach is heated during the winter months and the zero entry pool located next to the complex offers waterfalls and a great place for families and friends to relax.

1 hr before my arrival I received a email that my unit was no longer available but they put me in a “similar room”. Did not get my ocean view did not get double beds property manager was supposed to call me never did. Still haven’t received a call. I requested a different room that matched what I paid for did not get it did not get money back it was just a horrible experience that was supposed to be perfect with my daughters. I am so disappointed and sad! They offered to move me back to the original room i paid for but i wouldn’t be able to use shower and maintenance people would be in and out!! Not only did i feel unsafe since it was me and my 2 daughters but im supposed to be on vacation why would i want maintenance in and out my room! Ugh im so sad I cant get that time back with my girls. We all couldn’t wait to leave. Never again

We love staying at sterling shores and try to do so every year. We had a great stay. No issues at all and plenty of bed space for my family.

Pool was great and the condo was decent. Cleaning lady was there 2 hours past check in time, front desk didn’t know how to open the pool gate, tvs were difficult to use, the rental umbrellas and chairs took up the entire private beach.
