Henderson Beach State Park offers family-friendly swimming, pavilions, nature trails, and playgrounds for memorable days outdoors. The Destin Harbor Boardwalk boasts oyster bars, shopping boutiques, and activities for the thrill seekers in your party including jet ski rentals, parasailing, scuba diving and snorkeling, and dolphin tours. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
