Upon arrival everything looked & smelled cleaned. You could tell they had just cleaned the place, however, later in the evening time we were just about to shower & get ready for bed I had noticed my youngest daughters feet were so black & I was trying to figure out where her feet got like that when all we had went to was Walmart & back to the room that's when I looked at my feet & they were the same & so was everyone else's. I didn't think it could be from the floors so I grabbed a clean wet towel with just water & scrubbed the floor just outside the restroom & it was black. I reached out via text message to let them know the floors were not cleaned properly & assured me that someone would be out Monday (following day) but no one ever came so I waited to reach out again Wednesday & they apologized but there was no update on when they would come. Reached out again Thursday still no update at this point it was doing no good as we check out Friday. I have 2 little ones under the age 3, at which point since the floor was so dirty we had to wear our shoes around the place so our feet weren't black. I provided pics & videos of how dirty the floor was when reaching out in regards to this matter. There was a swiffer in the laundry room that had a dirty black pad on it, not sure if that's how they clean the floors but if that's the case I suggest the floors get a deep clean. Other than the floors situation everything seemed cleaned & the furniture was nice aside from the glass toppers that were on the side tables that would slide the slightest bit since nothing was in between the table & glass to keep it from sliding off. Restrooms & rooms were clean. They provided enough towel & the dishes that were provided were nice. It had all the basic needs similar to a hotel.

The entire facility (condo, pool, amenities) was very clean and provided everything we needed. The location was perfect as well. The check in and out was super easy through the app. Also, when I had questions, I would reach out via text and receive a response within minutes. I would definately use Vacasa and stay at this location again.
