In addition to an unbeatable location, you are granted access to the resort's community amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, a BBQ area with gas grills, and a fitness center. This gorgeous resort condo offers spectacular views of the community pool, beach, and the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The interior boasts a great living area where you can spread out comfortably and watch fun shows or movies on the TV, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The primary suite offers balcony access, a TV, and an en suite bath with a jetted tub and a regular shower.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
