In addition to an unbeatable location, you are granted access to the resort's community amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, a BBQ area with gas grills, and a fitness center. This gorgeous resort condo offers spectacular views of the community pool, beach, and the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The interior boasts a great living area where you can spread out comfortably and watch fun shows or movies on the TV, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The primary suite offers balcony access, a TV, and an en suite bath with a jetted tub and a regular shower.

Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Check-in time: 4:00 pm.Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This is a very nice unit with comfy beds. We appreciated the beach umbrellas in the closet. Would really recommend replacing the patio table so we could've eaten outside but it was so rusty. Also the refrigerator was quite noisy although it seems to function well. And none of the dinner plates are micro-safe. We always enjoy Destin and have always stayed at Sterling Shores.

Great home and beautiful views! Our family really enjoyed it! We’ve been coming to Sterling Shores for over 15 years! This unit was perfect with minor updates needed! The patio table was a bit rusted and unsafe for infants and really need to be replaced!

We have stayed in the Condo 517 for years and continue to appreciate our stay. The furniture and beds are kept well and comfortable. We appreciate the location in the building as we have stairs, trash chute and elevator near us. We adore the Sterling Shore pool and grounds area. It is spacious and beautiful and close to the beach.
