Step out the floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto the expansive balcony. Enjoy views of the Gulf Coast and the surrounding area with a coffee at sunrise or sangria at sunset. In the main bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, a flatscreen television, a private balcony entrance, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, a flatscreen television, and a private balcony entrance. It is adjacent to the other bathroom, which features a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. And to add even more convenience to your trip, there's an on-site washer/dryer!

after reporting to the mangerment that the Master bedroom TV was not working and no signal to the TV. and the 2nd bedroom no batteries in the remote control. I went out and brought batteries for the 2nd bedroom. Mangerment came in while we were out to bring new batteries. But still did not fix the Master bedroom TV. So My sister n law and her husband were with out a TV the whole trip. They wanted to relax in there room and watch TV. But they could not. I again send a message and ask to come and fix the TV no one responded back and the TV issue was never resolved. Very disappointed in the actions that was shown to make sure everything check out correctly.The condo was nice and clean but the stay is just as important. Mangerment drop the ball on this. and Im going to write a review on this.
I have always stayed at an Airbnb when we go out of town . But I have never encountered any issues before. So too run in to the Averi Mangerment I will make sure not to book with you again!
