The property itself was nice—the room was comfortable, the location was great, and the amenities looked good. However, our stay was impacted by several unresolved issues.

The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and could not be fixed with standing, musty water. We therefore washed every dish before use. The WiFi did not work at all during our stay despite multiple attempts to get updates, and no real action was taken. The TVs also had issues, including missing or non-working remotes.

Most frustrating was the lack of communication and follow-through from the property manager. This place has potential, but the maintenance issues and poor responsiveness made the experience disappointing.

The place was very clean and beautiful. Loved the view! Would definitely come back! However I didn’t like the fact that our door didn’t lock or latch shut. So we didn’t need a key to gain access to our room door. All we had to do was push the door open at any given time from the outside and it would open. I reached out to the number on the fridge and they told me since I booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t help me. So I reached out to Bnb and they never responded to this matter. Thank god for the metal latch on the inside of the door I was still able to have some sense of security while inside
