Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great home with everything you need. 3 mins to the beach and close to so many restaurants and shopping opportunities! The neighborhood was excellent with a friendly staff. We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

I love that every room had a bathroom and we had plenty of room and the neighborhood was nice.

Lovely home. Great location.
However, the blinds need replacing, the cleaning staff needs to remember to dust light fixtures, & the queen bed on the second floor needs serious attention. There is a divet in the bed causing terrible sleeping conditions. The other beds were all fine.
