Have the best vacation memories in this gorgeous home located in a gated community in the heart of Destin! With plenty of room for the whole family, this home features a peaceful blue interior spacious enough for large groups to spread out and relax. The lower level of the home will be just the place to gather and entertain, as a fully equipped kitchen (complete with full-size appliances and cooking equipment), comfy living area with a surround sound setup, and large dining table await to host both game nights and dinners. When everyone wants a bit of fresh air, the spacious balconies on the second floor are perfect for watching the sunset in the salty air. Be sure to bring your bathing suit along, because guests can dive into the shared swimming pool and hot tub after a long day exploring the city!

The first main room of the home is straight down the hall from the front door, and it's a beauty! This spacious suite features extra seating and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a standalone shower. Head up the stairs and you'll find the second bedroom (complete with private balcony entrance) just past the upstairs lounge. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination lies just next door. The final two bedrooms lie at the very end of this hallway - the third bedroom lies to the left, and functions as a bunk room with a fun fish theme. Next door, the fourth bedroom features a lovely stylized sleigh bed in addition to an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Each bedroom features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fan for guest comfort.

Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RVs, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jet skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned), nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access. Free high-speed WiFi and cable. Full kitchen with a dishwasher. Gated entrance. Beach shuttle available. Snowbird-friendly. Contact for details. Motorcycles, boats, RVs, jet skis, golf carts, etc., are allowed on the property.

I loved the neighborhood. Took my wife and brother/ sister in law(s) here on a trip to see where I used to live. Destin has changed slightly but the main things have remained the same. The house was big enough for us. The pool was amazing and you could walk to the beach.

My husband and I got married on Saturday, July 26, 2025. We wanted to get away just for a few days in Destin, FL. We found this home and decided to book it. It was a good stay in the home the only issue was the TVs in all the rooms were useless because the only remote that fully worked was the one for the TV in the Living Room. On the outside the wildlife took over so we could not sit out on the balconies because of the crickets and the squirrels or whatever they were.

Check in was great- Beautiful neighborhood and we appreciated the gate to enter/leave. Felt secure. The pool was beautiful and hot tub too. But- when we entered the property there were gnats in the kitchen. 20+. The garbage bins were FULL outside. I reviewed the rule book. It is outdated. Garbage is not picked up daily (Tuesdays per the management). The garbage was not in bags. My assumption is that is because there are not enough bags in the house to contain the garbage for the guests to maintain. The grill cover was damaged, hanging off and rotting chicken in the cover. There was 1 pool bracelet for the 6 of us (rule book says 12 supplied). We were not able to use the pool until the following afternoon when bracelets were delivered. The TV's - all batteries were dead or missing for the remotes- and several remotes were damaged. We were not able to watch TV until that was resolved the following day late afternoon. I did contact management and they did deliver bracelets the next afternoon and send a maintenance employee over to clean the grill and remove the food, he put batteries in the remotes . He did not do anything about the gnats. We had to deal with those in the kitchen for the entire stay. I will not add photos since the management did fix all but the bug issue. My suggestion to the owner- update your rule books and spot check your cleaning crews work. Also- leave more garbage bags for guests.
