This level features a laundry room with your very own washer/dryer combo, one bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll come across a bedroom with a king bed and an on-site kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom. And last, but not least, the upper level offers a well-equipped living area with a large flatscreen TV, a bedroom with two double beds, another bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bathroom, and another kitchenette. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property.
