Overview

Just a quick walk to the beach, you will fall in love with the coastal, elegant Key Lime Pie house with many fine upgrades and upscale decor. You will love the tranquility of the quiet tropical backyard with cobblestones and lush tropical plants and palms with patio seating and a private propane grill. The living area offers a soft microsuede sectional, a comfy chair, a large TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The dining room features a lovely café-height dining table for six and three bar stools for casual dining at the bar. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full complement of housewares and full-size stainless steel appliances. There is also a separate laundry room adjoining the kitchen with a full-size front-load washer/dryer.

The main bedroom has a large TV, a DVD player, and access to the private main bathroom. Both guest bedrooms also feature TVs.

Nice place. Very clean. Just needed a few minor things fixed on the interior and exterior. Overall, a great place.

Location and usable space.

Yard was a bit unkept. Blinds were broken on the front door.

The location was great (about a 10-minute walk to the beach). The place was clean and overall a nice stay. One thing to keep in mind is that this is managed by a property management company rather than an individual host. Communication was professional, but it felt less personal, and there wasn't much flexibility or willingness to accommodate special requests. If you're simply looking for a clean place in a good location, it does the job. If you prefer the more personal touch and hospitality that often comes with owner-hosted Airbnbs, this may not be the best fit.

This was our first Destin vacation and last minute booking. We were pleased with this place with everything what we needed to stay and conveniently close by to restaurants, stores and walking distance to the beach. One little thing that I can say is “dishwasher” wasn’t working. We will definitely come back for next Destin trip!

We were very pleased with the house itself. The backyard was not as relaxing and the grill was filthy. Maybe clean out the debree from previous guests so the new guest is able to cook without clearing it out. We would definitly stay again!
