Nice place. Very clean. Just needed a few minor things fixed on the interior and exterior. Overall, a great place.

Location and usable space.

Yard was a bit unkept. Blinds were broken on the front door.

Avari response:

Thank you, Avery, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the space comfortable and clean.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the yard and the blinds. It’s important to us that every detail is just right for our guests, and we’re sorry those aspects didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll make sure to address these issues promptly so future guests can enjoy an even better experience.

We truly value your input and hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’re here to ensure you have a wonderful time.

The location was great (about a 10-minute walk to the beach). The place was clean and overall a nice stay. One thing to keep in mind is that this is managed by a property management company rather than an individual host. Communication was professional, but it felt less personal, and there wasn't much flexibility or willingness to accommodate special requests. If you're simply looking for a clean place in a good location, it does the job. If you prefer the more personal touch and hospitality that often comes with owner-hosted Airbnbs, this may not be the best fit.

This was our first Destin vacation and last minute booking. We were pleased with this place with everything what we needed to stay and conveniently close by to restaurants, stores and walking distance to the beach. One little thing that I can say is “dishwasher” wasn’t working. We will definitely come back for next Destin trip!

Avari response:

Thank you, Kenneth, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your first vacation in Destin and found our home to be convenient for your needs. It’s great to know you appreciated the proximity to restaurants, stores, and the beach.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the dishwasher. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Our local team is always here to ensure everything runs smoothly, and we’ll make sure to address this right away.

We can’t wait to welcome you back for your next trip to Destin. There’s so much more to explore, and we’d love to be part of your next adventure!

We were very pleased with the house itself. The backyard was not as relaxing and the grill was filthy. Maybe clean out the debree from previous guests so the new guest is able to cook without clearing it out. We would definitly stay again!
