Home has a spacious and well furnished living area.
Kitchen issues and master bath maintenance issues should be easily addressed with some attention.

Home has a great location, short walk to the beach and nice open areas for the family to gather. Home isn’t the newest and, while definitely good overall, it may need some renovations in the coming years to keep up with newer or renovated properties. We would come back!
