Guests praise the fully stocked kitchen, plentiful towels and thoughtful amenities, plus tasteful decor and abundant natural light. Management is responsive and helpful when issues arise. Note: the unit is on the third floor with no elevator.

the location was great! overall it was clean but it definitely could use a deep clean.

Overall spacious listing, pretty clean considering all the sand, and direct beach access with included beach chair set and umbrella. A parking pass is included in the stay, so parking was no issue.
Management was responsive and friendly, very proactive with our needs.
Although we did have a clogged drain and a leaky dishwasher, they very quickly sent someone out the next morning to fix the drain for us.

Other than that, I would personally give this listing 4.5+ stars imo. Highly recommend, great bang for your buck, considering that this is a ‘nicer’ area of Destin as well.

Such a great condo! Right on the beach, with great views and plenty of space. Will definitely be coming back!

The room is on the third floor and there are great views. Just be aware there is no elevator.
We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.
