Probably the laughing stock of resort management

The room was nice but due to the property management company not doing their job I got scammed on my wedding anniversary. Then this lanky company moves me to another hotel that is run down, under construction and everything is broken. I wasted my whole anniversary trip on the phone trying to get thing taken care of and didn't even get a chance to relax and enjoy anything.

So we decided to stay for about 6 days here because it was really close and convenient to what we were going be doing there. It started well checking in was easy, but then they told me that we didn’t have access to the amenities…no pool access, no gym access, and no court….all because the owner of the unit didn’t pay his fees. Therefore, resulting in us not being able to use any of the amenities that where listed on the booking. They told us to contact the person I had booked with. I spent literally 5 out of the 6 days I stayed there talking to them!!! On top of that I come to find out the owner wasn’t responding any of the 2nd party people that run the booking so without he/she response we didn’t have access to anything. I’m pretty sure the next guest who stays there after me will deal with the same exact problem. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay we were lied to and didn’t have access to nothing but a place to sleep!!!

Excelente servicio y comodidad

Me encantó la comodidad la ubicación el hotel es muy bonito y amplio ideal para unas vacaciones en el centro de destin y cerca a supermercados cerca a la playa de verdad lo súper recomiendo y volvería a reservar en palms of Destin

What I didn't like was that it said "ocean view" and it wasn't like that.

It said Ocean View, but it wasn't like that... nobody could give me the internet password
