We had a great stay! The security team provided world-class customer service and gave us a thorough, detailed introduction upon arrival, which set the tone for our visit. The apartment itself was nice and clean overall—our only concern was the stained shower liner in the main bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, though we didn’t have a need to use them this time.

The pool area was lovely and relaxing. As for dining, we weren’t impressed with the food at The Palms restaurant, but the coffee was excellent.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

This is our second time staying at this place. Never had any noise, bug, or cleanliness issues. We loved the pool options wonderful for kids and adults of all ages! However the smell every now and then around the resort smelled awful. Maybe sulfur water? We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back in the future!
