Sterling Shores is under renovations for a beautification project. You may see minor construction. Located on the six-floor of the Sterling Shores Beach Resort, this exquisite condo offers spectacular views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico from the oceanfront balcony, the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Inside, you'll find a modern living space with beach touches everywhere. The full, well-equipped kitchen features all the major appliances and all the counter space you need to whip up a feast – or just a snack for the beach. Dine together at the table for four or keep it casual and pull up a barstool at the breakfast bar. When it's time to head out, you and your guests can dive into the onsite lagoon and oasis-styled pools, work up a sweat in the well-equipped fitness room, utilize the shared grills, or grab a few munchies from the seasonal snack shack near the pool. After a day of fun, you'll appreciate the central AC while you relax on the sofa. Watch some TV or check your social media accounts before calling it a night.

THINGS TO KNOW

A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Elevators are available in the building. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
