The condo was very nice and clean. Very quiet complex which was nice. Pool is clean but quint. Only problem we had and frustrating is pretty much out of control of the owners is the beach situation. You can't sit in the area behind the condo due to a legal issue going on . So the pictures of the chairs and boardwalk are false advertising. It's a pretty good walk from where you can sit without any problems and the complex. My excellent rating is based off the communication that someone else said was bad and the unit whick was very nice and very clean which is reassuring.

Our only hiccup was that when we arrived we didn’t have a gate code in our messages and had to call the Avari help line. Other than that it was an amazing place to stay! The pool is heated, the views are perfect, and it is exactly what my little family looks for when staying. The beach is a tiny hike but the beach area is perfect for a family and smaller children. We can’t wait to book our stay for next year!

This condo is great and I would stay again. However, there are things that I didn’t know that would have made my first day much less frustrating. Please note that the condo is inside a gated parking area. The code is not given with check-in information. We waited an hour to get the code upon request. The backyard of the condo area is the beautiful beach! However, this beach is a private beach for a different resort. We found that out by being in the area and politely being asked to leave. This guy gave us walking directions to a public area around the rocky area that opened up to a more beautiful beach on the gulf. We enjoyed it thoroughly but it is a short hike through the sand. Kitchen is stocked fairly well for cooking and cleaning. The location is good and about 10-15 minutes from most restaurants and grocery stores. The area is clean and quiet.
