One bedroom has a king bed and a twin window bed. The second has three twin beds. One of the two living areas is located on the second floor. Both residing spaces feature cozy fireplaces. There are also two gorgeous balconies facing both the Gulf and Lake Christine. The third features a coastal kitchen with beautiful white appliances. For dining, there is a large table that seats at least eight people. The second living area is located off the kitchen with views of the ocean. The master suite is located on the top floor with a private balcony overlooking the lake. The master suite has both his and her vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub. Only reason for 4 starts is this place needs some TLC. Outside is in rough condition
Definitely just a rental. Outside chairs were covered in bird poop and weren’t cleans prior but not a big deal birds can’t be controlled
Garage doesn’t work which would really help with unloading or loading in heavy rain
But overall it was great value for the location and size of the property. Inside was clean so it would be a 5 star but want to be honest. Don’t expect a beautiful beach house like the pictures show it’s a little rough on the outside mostly but for the money and the location it is worth the money

Absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Isle!This was our first time visiting Destin, and it turned into such a wonderful experience thanks to your property and staff. The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of our favorite parts was how close the beach access was — just a short walk away with a more private and peaceful beach area, which made the trip even more special.Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone made us feel comfortable and happy throughout our stay, and we truly appreciate all the care and hospitality. Thank you for helping us create such great memories in Destin. We would love to come back again!
