Welcome to your vacation home located on the Gulf on beautiful Holiday Isle. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home on the 4th floor looks out onto the East Pass and the Gulf and Lake Christina with the wonderful birds of nature. It sleeps 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the Primary Bedroom, a Queen and Double Bed in the Secondary Bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Bed in the Living Room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in the Living Room and Both Bedrooms, a Dining Area looking out over the East Pass, and a Sunroom where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic sunsets. In the summer, you can enjoy the fantastic fireworks from the privacy of your sunroom. The amenities are numerous including Pickleball and Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, and a pool with a Lanai. The big Beach Pavilion is a wonderful gathering place where you can cookout and then enjoy your meal by the beach. There is great fishing from the rocks at the Jetty by the East Pass. Sidewalks on Holiday Isle provide the perfect place to walk, and there is a plethora of restaurants and shopping very near. Relax and enjoy your home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at Nana’s Place. Jetty East is such a convenient location that we have now fallen in love with and will make our new beach destination each year. The condo was clean, well laid out, and had plenty of room. Avari Management was very responsive to questions that I had regarding our stay and check in/check out was a breeze. We loved the convenient parking, convenient beach access, pool, and other amenities and cannot wait to return. Thanks for such a great stay Avari!

Great location by the beach. The building is old and there was a lot of construction taking place. Hard to find parking at night. The condo was ok, but could use a renovation. I will have to pass on the spot for our next trip. Can definitely tell the difference when visiting a property owned by a management company compared to a private owner.

Not a great view, its like a maze to find the room due to construction work. Furniture needs updating. But we enjoyed the stay.
