The units sleeps 6 comfortably as it is furnished with a Queen in the Master, king in the second room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has recently been updated with new granite countertops. The open floor plan makes the unit spacious and relaxing. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony as well as Gulf, East Pass, and pool views. The Magnolia House offers a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts. THINGS TO KNOW: Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.

Condo was clean but the spare bedrooms toilet needs to be repaired as it makes a high pitch noise off and on all night which interrupted our sleep quite a bit. There are no ceiling fans, but vacasa bought fans and brought extra blankets which made it more comfortable. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ships and boats coming in and out of the harbor was amazing and I enjoyed it every morning while drinking coffee. There's a short walk to the beach through a beautiful lagoon with cattails and wildlife, and once at the beach, 2 chairs and an umbrella were provided which was nice as we didnt have to carry anything to the beach. The water is crystal clear and we saw quite a few fish with our scuba masks. The beach was never crowded so plenty of space. You can even rent kayaks at the beach. There were also plenty of activities within 15 minutes, like Snorkeling and a tiki hut adventure to crab island. Must go eat at McGuires Irish Pub ir Bubba Gump Shrimp, but go early or the wait will be long. Overall, an amazing experience for our entire family. Very kid friendly and can even rent a bicycle to explore this private community. Guaranteed to be a relaxing experience foe the entire family. Oh and enjoy the firework show from the balcony every Mon and Thurs night. A definite plus!

Love his place. Have stayed here multiple times. It’s a private little area with so much private beach, a cool jetty and 3 amazing pools. You can watch fireworks or the sunset from the balcony. The lanai is super cool to drop all of your beach stuff. We had everything we needed during our stay.
