This 4th-floor end unit's corner location gives you the opportunity to enjoy stunning water views from 3 sides and provides all the comforts of home! Enter this lovely condo and immediately feel right at home. The condo features a NEW, well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, and living area with new comfy sofa sleeper. Unit 412 provides plenty of space for the family to gather comfortably after a fun filled day at the beach and pool. The primary bedroom has a NEW king size bed with new bedding, private full bath, and windows with great views of the sunset over the pass. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin bed and private access to the hall full bath. This condo also had fresh paint and new tile throughout in spring of 2014. With many new attributes and the beautiful views, location and comfort are only two of the many things Magnolia House #412 has to offer. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.

Our family has stayed at Magnolia House now 3 times and room 412 was by far the best condo we have stayed in. It just felt like home! The furniture was high end, the mattresses were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. We also really appreciated that the bathrooms had the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Our daughter also loved the bunk beds! The condo felt clean and well kept. We can tell that the owners have put a lot of love and time into their space and we appreciate them opening it up so we could rent and experience it!
