Bright, clean condos in a superbly convenient location make for an effortless, family‑friendly stay — guests praise the sparkling pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, on‑site bistro and bar with live music, plus children's play areas. Units feel well appointed and spotless, with everything needed for relaxed evenings or quick trips to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. Check‑in hiccups were promptly resolved by attentive Vacasa staff (Krystal Helms, Rowell Moran), prompting many to return.

Over all the stay was great and the condo was nice. I just wish it would have had the 2 beds as advertised.

The location was great and the pool was beautiful. It was convenient having a washer and dryer inside the condo.

The ad says it’s 2 twin beds but one of them is a tiny trundle bed that none of my kids could fit on and it was broken. That was very disappointing. Also the TV in the living room didn’t work. It kept saying No connection. The website for the restaurant inside the resort is extremely out of date so that caused a huge problem when my family went to eat. We had already ordered appetizers once we noticed that there was nothing on the menu that we saw online. There was nothing my daughter and I could eat so my son and Husband ate there while my daughter and I had to leave and go find food elsewhere. That was very inconvenient and expensive. The server was very kind and pleasant though.

April 2026

I did receive check in instructions in plenty of time and I followed up that we were coming in very late at night due to traveling. I was told to use the lockbox to pick up our stuff with a code. We got there and no lock box, finally got ahold of security and completely different check in process. Reservation also had wrong first name somehow, not in airbnb but what was written down with security. We had no ac and reported it then never heard back. I tried to escalate and get help with zero response. We had to get airbnb involved and still no response from the host. The floors were not cleaned and we had to purchase cleaner to clean them. WiFi and all three TVs were broken. Also had a plug that sparked in the kids room. We reported all and didn’t get any help or even a response. We were stuck in a hot condo with several issues. Would not recommend.
