My family and I stayed here over spring break this past week and overall had a great experience. The condo itself was clean, well‑stocked, and offered an amazing view. It truly deserves 5 stars for what it gets right, even though there are a few things worth noting. First, the property was undergoing some exterior painting during our stay, so there were scaffolding, painters’ plastic, and ropes around the building. It didn’t ruin anything, but it did take away from the atmosphere a bit.
Next, the condo is located directly across from the elevator. It wasn’t overly noisy during our visit, but in a busier season I can see it becoming an issue since the elevator can definitely be heard from the bedrooms.
Lastly, don’t expect quick responses from the property managers. We reached out about simple things like the gate code and Wi‑Fi and never heard back. That info is in the guestbook fortunately. Better orientation to the property would have been nice.
