This is our second vacation in this unit. Our first week in the unit last year was great, no problems at all. Just a few issues with the beds this year. The master suite bed fitted sheets will not stay on as the pockets aren't deep enough. Also note, this be is about 4 feet off the floor. I'm 60 yrs old and had no problem but in 10 years I probably would. In 15, I wouldn't try. Awesome unit and resort overall and tower 3 is the closest to the beach access.

Clean, comfy beds, great view, nice patio furniture, great resort amenities, kitchen is fairly well stocked. The master bed is HIGH and requires a step ladder to get in/out. No big deal, but be aware if you have mobility issues. However, Vacasa did not notify Portofino of my reservation and it was a hassle getting a real person to help. I would recommend calling Portofino beforehand to make sure they have record of your reservation.
