Needs upgrades. The tv’s had no streaming options. Bathroom clean but smelled like old bleach. Beautiful place and great location.

The room could use some updates and deep cleaning. Smart TVs would be good. Floor deep cleaned so our feet or socks aren’t black from walking on them. Windows cleaned to get off previously handprints. The master bed was so comfortable but is way too high. Actually, the best bed I’ve slept in at Portofino. The TempurPedic is everything. Being pregnant and trying to climb up and down even with the steps was not fun. The location and building is amazing as always either Portofino tower 3. It was a great view. We have just stayed in a more updated room previously in the tower. Updates, deep cleaned, and a lower bed, it would be a 5 star.

Our stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues that significantly impacted the experience. The unit had a strong musty smell throughout the stay, and the AC was broken or not functioning properly, making the space uncomfortable. Several amenities also appeared poorly maintained, and overall the condition of the property did not match the expectations set by the listing photos and description.

We contacted the property management company during the stay, and while they acknowledged the issues, the problems were not meaningfully addressed or resolved. Despite multiple communications, the conditions continued to negatively impact our stay.

Unfortunately, the property appeared poorly maintained and did not provide a comfortable experience for guests. I would recommend future guests confirm that the maintenance concerns, especially the AC and odor issues, have been fully resolved before booking.

If you're looking for a place to stay at Portofino then look no further. The condo overlooks the beach and the pool so you can see everything going on. Checkin was easy at the resort's front desk, Avari already did the needed paperwork so it was seamless to get our room keys and parking passes. When you pull in the garage you need to go UP to get to the assigned space, just some learned advice. The spot is close to the elevator so it's an easy in and out as needed. The condo itself was spotless and included everything we needed to get us started with the basics like TP, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. The master bedroom has a very tall bed (a stool is included), the second bedroom has the normal height bed. They were both comfy and the linens were clean and fresh. The master bath has plenty of room for two and the closets are more than enough space. The balcony is huge and we spent a ton of time on it. It's safe and has plenty of seating. We will stay there again!
