Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great view of the sunrise from the balcony, living room or master bedroom. We normally walk out to the beach with some coffee to watch it but this time we just sat on the balcony. For us at least, this resort is the best. We don’t go to the beach to sit and watch the back of other people’s heads and see wall to wall condos as we look east or west. So we always go to Portofino. Looking from the beach to the east there is nothing but sand and water. Looking to the west there are beach houses but there are no vendors like in Destin to tell you that you cannot walk through that area of the beach. Last, but certainly not least, if there are too many people to suit you in the beach area where the boardwalk meets the beach, just keep walking east until the people are far behind!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your property. The condo is very spacious with Fantastic views of the beach. The kitchen was so well appointed with just about everything you could ever need. The location of the condo was perfect for both relaxation and exploration. We REALLY enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning.
