We love the condo that we stayed at. The only thing that could have been better is that there was a number missing from the building which made it just a bit difficult to make sure I was at the correct unit. I am pretty good at roaming around and problem solving, but not everyone is.

The location is better than perfect. The beach access is only a few homes from the national seashore. The population is far less in that area and the beach is amazing.

The condo is well stocked and beautifully decorated. Walmart Plus members can easily and quickly get any desired provisions delivered.

The rules and departure instructions were simple and not unreasonable. We would love to visit again very soon.

Navarre Beach is a little known piece of heaven. We feel it is our home away from home and this condo will replace our regular hotel.

Slow to communicate about a cockroach problem that happened twice.

We had to leave and did not complete our stay. They had no sprays, traps, or resources for us to use. Took 9 hours to even acknowledge our issue

Unfortunately, while Palmetto bugs can be part of being in Florida, there were a few too many in the condo for our comfort. Almost like they were coming from the vents. Keep in mind these are a type of large cockroach (2”) we saw 2 drop from the ceiling in the living room and one was in the master bedroom closet. Also, windows were covered due to maintenance painting. Bathroom shower door leaked profusely, we ended up relocating to another Airbnb at nearly 9:30 PM as management company didn’t respond. Had to obtain refund through Airbnb representative and book somewhere else.
