Condo was fantastic. As others said, the elevator was a bit obnoxious but not a complete deterrent. We would stay here again! Host was very responsive!

Terrible time trying to communicate with Avari. Did not send any instructions until twenty minutes until check in time. Tried reaching out for gate codes to access pools and gym with no response. Had to get them from other guests. No issues with the property but Avari was horrible to deal with.

I could say many things but I will just share my experience.

1. The condo is spacious. The view of the ocean is PRICELESS. Can sleep 4 people. Has a queen bed in the main bedroom. A pull out couch and two twin beds (bunked). Two chairs and an umbrella for the beach was included in my rate.

2. The condo isn't in a central location. It's about 20mins from most places including the airport so keep that in mind if you're using rideshare.

3. If you want to get in touch with Avari CALL them. It was near impossible to get in touch with them through the messaging app. Some of the check in notes said would receive our code to get into the condo the morning of our arrival. Others said within 1hr. I called and reached out to Air bnb and was able to get my code finally about 45mins before the 4p check in time.

3. On our second night of our three night stay our water went out at the condo. No sink, no toilet, no nothing. It was about 7 or so in the evening. I called Avari and they told me th

The location of this condo is great, looking at the ocean from the 23rd floor is breathtaking. The whole process of booking with vacasa was so easy I questioned myself if I was doing it right. Everything was online by email and text. Even checkout

When staying on the beach , I specifically look for condos that the master has a access to the patio and the view, I love waking up in the morning to the sound and view of the gulf of mexico. Panama City Beach is one of our favorite places, and this condo was perfect for our needs.
