Loved this condo it was perfect for a small family and kid friendly. Very much appreciated the chairs and umbrella set up on the beach being included with no additional charge. This room was right next to the elevator so it was a little noisy with all of the machinery but not too bad my kids didn’t notice it. Everything was cleaned besides the dryer it had sand in it from previous renters but they had a few vacuums in a closet so it was an easy fix. It wasn’t clear about the parking location (across the street not under the building) but it wasn’t hard to figure out the right one once I asked around. Would definitely recommend this place. Due to high traffic hours with the two elevators would be best to use them before 9am and after 9pm.

First time staying at the location! Was easy to get to, Parking in the garage was nice! And walking across the walk way and not having walk in street was nice. Inside condo was clean and good! Did have some wear and tear in places but nothing that we thought as major! Couches were biggest of that wear and tear they looked old and little dusty. But we just put a sheet over them and made it was fine! Kitchen was fine from the refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, . All worked and was good condition! Only complaint about kitchen was only one glass and two wine glasses to drink out of! And didn’t see any forks!
Beach service was good! Had 2 chairs and umbrella! Helped out a lot!
Overall enjoyable trip and stay! Would be back!

Stay was awesome. One of the best stays we had in the last 4 years. We had a small confusion regarding parking as instructions weren't sent ahead and we came very late in the night to checkin. But management did pickup the call asap and guided us. overall great place for a family of 4.

Pretty view, but unfortunately overall experience was stressful and not the relaxing stay we had expected. From check-in, we experienced multiple issues including incorrect Wi-Fi, a toilet that would not flush, some non-working lamps, TV remote issues, and a water filter that indicated it needed replacement. The lack of Wi-Fi was especially difficult because there was also very limited cellular reception inside the unit, making communication challenging.

We were also surprised by an additional parking fee of $45. To their credit, the team was responsive over messaging, but didn’t always provide solutions to issues. Especially, the first night was significantly impacted, and resolving even basic issues required repeated follow-ups.

I was also promised a resolution when I decided to continue the stay despite the problems. However, it has now been almost three weeks since checkout, and I am still being told the matter is “under review” without any promised resolution.
