But the entire condo is set up to help you relax and make the most of your beachfront getaway. Take advantage of the complimentary beach service to make your sandy excursions truly memorable. When you come back, set your beach towels from the day in the private washer/dryer, then settle into the comfortably furnished living room. A bonus bunk area is perfect for younger guests or a quick nap break. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. Put together delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with the full-size appliances and tools you need. Enjoy them together at the eat-in dining area, or tuck in at the breakfast bar if you're in a hurry to get down to the beach. A boogie board is provided. Enjoy a shared pool, hot tub, game room/video arcade, Starbucks, and outdoor shower. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub -Game room/video arcade -Cafe -Outdoor shower THINGS TO KNOW Complimentary beach service includes two chairs and one umbrella. It is provided from March until October. Long-term bookings are excluded. The pool is heated during the winter months. WiFi service may be limited in times of peak occupancy.

After looking at previous reviews, we arrived to see that any concerns had been addressed! There were blackout curtains in the bedroom to block the light. The unit was clean and had a lot of beach chairs etc for us to use! Vacasa made check in and out very easy!

The view is amazing- direct ocean view. The condo is tastefully decorated with a renovated kitchen and great appliances. The owners provided everything you need for a great stay. Greatly appreciated free parking and included beach service. The only negative is getting around the parking garage and the signage at the resort. You have to park in the building across the street. You have to take the parking garage elevator to the third floor. Then walk across the sky bridge. Take another elevator or escalator to the first floor of the “condo building”. Then walk to another set of elevators marked “additional elevators” to go up to the floor of your condo. You have to do this everytime you want to drive anywhere. Pier Park is close but too far to walk to. The signage to the beach is confusing and Emerald Beach main desk staff weren’t helpful. To get to the beach you take the “condo elevator” to B level. A sign in the elevator would be extremely helpful and an easy fix since most people choose this location to go to the beach at least once during their stay.

This home was okay. They were thoughtful in the sense of providing things to use on the beach. We ended up leaving our chairs since we couldn’t take them with us. I have 4 stars due to the cleaning being not clean in all honestly. There was excessive either dust or mold. I couldn’t really tell which of the 2 it was but it was ALL OVER the ceiling :( stressful seeing it with kids and hoping it wasn’t mold. The beds were okay comfortable. It was nice that the tv’s were newer and the owners added a lot of pamphlets and recommendations which we greatly appreciated. Overall.. it was a decent little condo for the price and location. We LOVE this resort. A ton of things to do and so very family oriented.

Once you park your car, there's no need to get back into it until you leave. Any and everything thing you could possibly need is within walking distance. Everything from the facilities to the staff are top notch and the hospitality makes for an all around wonderful experience!
