Condo was as described. There was an issue with the washer and they were prompt to assist. Only thing would be that the resort should have a ramp going to the beach. It is a struggle to a wagon up and down stairs especially with a baby.

Avari response:

We appreciate your feedback, Samantha. We're glad to hear that the condo met your expectations and that our team was quick to assist with the washer issue. We understand how challenging it can be to navigate stairs with a wagon, especially with a little one in tow. Your suggestion about a beach ramp is valuable, and we will certainly pass it along. We hope you and your family made some wonderful memories during your stay and would love to welcome you back for another visit in the future.

July 2026

We stayed with Avari for 3 days on the Emerald Beach side. Our condo was clean & looked as pictured. King bed was very comfy- great for those who need firmness. Easy/quick access to everything.
For beachfront & resort amenities, it was priced well.
•Parking garage is across the street.
• Avari team was very responsive and kind.
• There was some mold on the ceiling, but they said they’d have their team check it out. I’m sure it’ll be handled.
• Great view (we were on the 23rd floor)
• Lobby areas have a smell- I’m sure it’s got everything to do with ocean water & the need for areas rugs to catch water & sand. It is what it is.

We’d stay again!
No complaints!

Thank you, Avari! Great hosts / nice stay.
