Perched on the fifth floor with a gorgeous ocean view, this clean, spacious condo offers easy beach and Pier Park access, walkable dining, and convenient parking. We had a blast with a comfortable stay

I loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and we could sit on the patio and look directly at the beach. The pool and hot tub was my favorite. Also the tiki bar bartender Alex was so nice to us. I was there for my bachelorette weekend and we had an amazing time. It was so nice and clean and of course my room had the best bathroom lol. I would definitely recommend this property. This host community timely and very professional helping with all our needs.

Overall we had a really nice experience, plenty of room for the family and nice views from balcony. The location and amenities were great. Pools and beach were very nice. As everyone stated before elevators kinda slow but not an issue. The room was clean, and came with starter products. I will say they could use some updating maybe even fresh coat of paint. Maybe even hit up a garage sale for utensils and cook stuff. The furniture on balcony needs to be replaced one of the chairs was broken because it rusted out. But we pushed aside and let the maintenance guy know. The slider track messed up during stay so we had to use room door but they were quick to send someone out to investigate, wasn’t a huge deal. Avari’s communication was fairly good but in the beginning I was getting no response so I had to call in. After that they started messaging me when I had questions. I would definitely stay again

we have stayed in this building like 6 different times. Will not book with Avari again. place was not cleaned well. Absolutely no willingness to discuss getting in early, just not a service oriented company. They only care to fill bookings and that's it.
