The Condo was amazing, it perfectly suited all of our needs. We loved everything about 1711. The only complaint we have is that the elevators were super slow. The host had excellent communication and were helpful. We loved the balcony view. We will stay here again!

Avari response:

Thank you, Rachel, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that the condo met all your needs and that you enjoyed the beautiful balcony view. It’s wonderful to know that our communication and support made a positive impact on your stay.

We completely understand your concern about the elevators; that shouldn’t have been an issue during your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly look into it to enhance the experience for future guests.

We can’t wait to welcome you back for another stay!

July 2026

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the well organized guest portal and helpful links. Having registered and paid for parking before arrival made for a super smooth check-in process. Condo was spacious and served all our needs. Views of the ocean were absolutely gorgeous. Building amenities were great as well. We had some difficulty with the thermostat and setting the right temperature, but were able to figure it out after some tinkering. Overall, great experience for me and my family! Thank you!
