We loved our condo! They had everything we needed to have a great vacation! They had a ton of extra towels, wash rags, and bathroom products! The view was amazing and everything was just as described! The resort had a lot of kid friendly activities throughout the week which was super cool!
Our only complaint to no fault of the owners is the signage of rooms and amenities can be a little confusing and some were hard to find! A map would have been super useful!

Wonderful place to stay only 2 minor inconveniences. The floors seemed to be unswept/ a little sandy but I imagine it’s pretty hard to get up all the sand everyone brings in. Other one was, I feel they tried to get us to pay for parking when our condo came with 2 parking passes for 2 vehicles per condo. They sent a link stating I needed to register my vehicle before hand and as I was trying to do so there was a $25 fee for registration. Well thankfully their website never ended up working for me/crashed I and I never ended up paying the “$25 registration” and just threw the passes in our car window. nothing happened.

this condo was wonderful, best views, walking distance to local eateries, to the pier, up and down the strip alot of things to do, u can walk the beach early in am and late at night, just awesome, avari was the best host, they replied quickly to me questions, they were great, will rent from them again

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, well maintained, & had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful Waking up & ending the day looking out at the ocean was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location was great, making it easy to get to the beach & nearby restaurants & attractions. We truly enjoyed our time here & would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place with an incredible view in Panama City Beach!
