We always stay at emerald beach / Wyndham resort in PCB. When booking room 1826, I had asked if the room included chair rentals. Which I was told through email it did. Went down our first morning to book our chairs, and they in fact did not come with our stay. Reached out to the property manager, sent her a screenshot of the email I had, and she made it right, and booked our beach chairs for us. 10/10 customer service.
