Elegant, beachfront condo with a furnished balcony, views & two pools

The rental itself was very nice. Great view and everything you would need. However during our 3 night stay, there was a fire emergency 2 of those nights where you had to evacuate. Going down 23 flights of stairs with a bad knee is not ok. There was also a water line break so we were under a boil advisory the whole weekend and had to go out and buy more cases of water. The elevators were extremely hot and we had to wait anytime we needed to use them. Again not the fault of this specific rental but it did have a negative impact on our trip

We rented this condo for 5 nights at the beginning of June to kick of the summer vacation. We had 5 adults and two toddlers, and this was plenty of space. The bottom mattress on the bunk bed wasn't super comfortable, so we doubled up the top bunk mattress on the bottom to help. Other than that, all of the furnishings were perfect. The balcony furniture allowed for several to sit at a small table, and also included a lounge chair for a balcony nap.
One important thing to note about this condominium complex is that renters are allowed two beach chairs and one umbrella for free each day, but you still have to reserve them on the beach. Each additional set of two chairs and umbrella was $50 a day when we stayed. There are two rows of chairs, so put your name on the list early in your stay to get in the front row. The beach access overall was perfect and there were multiple places to wash off your feet/shoes, and also a nice area to grill/cook outdoors with a picnic table and shade, too.
The condo has a great pool area with two pools, hot tubs, and a splash pad area for kids that the toddlers in our family loved. There is also a small snack shop with yummy mixed drinks, food, ice cream, and necessities. Their staff was so nice at this shop! The elevators in the building were quick and we rarely waited.
This condo was located within walking distance of several restaurants and the Starbucks inside the resort next door/across the street. It's a quick drive to Walmart and Pier Park, but you could also walk there easily. We rented a car because we flew in. Golf carts are not allowed to be parked at this Condo, but that would have been a perfect way to get around the town.
Overall, we would rent this condominium again!
