If you need a refreshing shower, enjoy a rinse in the spacious, tiled standalone shower with low clearance and a handheld showerhead. This studio's distinct decor also includes an upgraded basin sink in the bathroom and full-size appliances in the compact full kitchen. Guests can enjoy an abundance of cooking tools in this kitchen, including a full-size toaster and coffee maker, as well as a full sink setup in a corner countertop layout. When you're not relaxing in your room or at the beach, you can enjoy access to the shared outdoor (and partially covered) pool as our guest. You can shower off the sand when you need at the shared outdoor showers before coming back in. The studio will be waiting with all you need. What's nearby: Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than two miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under five miles from this studio. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just two miles from the studio) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. The space was nice, loved the shower. Bed was a bit short for tall people, that was about biggest negative. Nice location, nice pool, and nice beach area but parking is a bit of a challenge. Worth the money though.

Thank you for the enjoyable stay at your ARB. The property was very comfortable and accommodating, though some aspects felt a bit dated. Parking was convenient, the pool was well-maintained, and the easy access to the beach truly enhanced the experience. Overall, I had a wonderful time and appreciated the amenities provided.

The room is nice. Very convenient for 2 people. The room itself was very clean and the design was really cool. We enjoyed staying there. This room is located on the west side of the building closest to the street. There is a side balcony with a pretty decent view of the beach. The upper deck was closed for construction so we didnt get to see the view from there but the lower deck view was awesome. The beach was never crowded. Plenty of empty space next to this building and the one beside it so alot of empty free beach in the afternoons and space in the water. The pool is great. My 6 yr old loved it. There is sometimes water dripping from the pipes overhead in a couple spots.. which he did not like and I was not crazy about either but the ones in the pool were easy to avoid. Said pipes are also dripping from above at the end of the ramp to the beach and were harder to avoid so we took the steps. The step down off the ramp to the beach was probably at least a foot and a half high and so was the bottom of the stairs to the beach so not very handicap accessible nor is it possible to really roll a wagon or cart down unless you can pick it up to get it back on the ramp. There is only one elevator and in July it was hot in there with no fan but we didnt have any trouble getting on or off so it wasn't bad being on floor 6. Now the parking is limited and we were lucky to have a space in the parking lot most of the time because we didnt leave much but alot of people were parking in the parking lot across the street and down the street in the parking spaces east of the building. The parking east of the building is a little rough but convenient. All in all it's a good stay for the price and I will take a less crowded section of the beach any day. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions.

We loved the nice pool, easy access and walking distance to the beach. Also there was also a cute donut, ice cream-shop that also served pizza and breakfast in walking distance. The hotel wasn’t too big so it felt very comfortable. Customer service was excellent resolving our television issue.
