Overview

This condo sleeps eight and features a full, well-equipped kitchen to make preparing cost-saving breakfasts, lunches, and dinners a snap. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area, gather together to socialize or watch TV in the comfortable living area, and watch the world go by from your furnished balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast. There are also plenty of great amenities on-site including a shared pool, children's water play area, fitness center, and easy beach access.

Located just a half-mile down the road is Gulf World, an aquarium with shark feedings, dolphin encounters, and animal shows. Just two miles West is Pier Park, an outdoor town center with souvenir shopping at Ron Jon’s, and endless shopping at places such as Beach Hut and Avenue Sea. Also at Pier Park, you'll find a 16-screen theater, Margaritaville, and a Dave & Busters for all-ages fun!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Resort. Condo was clean and comfortable. Great location within walking distance to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Adequate cooking utensils, plenty of towels and wash cloths for 7 ppl for 3-4 days. Shower pressure was fantastic in both showers. Hot water was always available. Washer/dryer both worked great. Both toilets are very low to the ground. Master bedroom king bed was very-very hard. Bring extra pillows and blankets. Elevators were fast and never had to wait more than 5 minutes except for check out day. That was nuts! Parking was easy in garage under the resort. Not for vehicles bigger than an Expedition/Denali. Only night we had issue finding parking was July 4th at 11:30pm. Lounge chair/umbrella set up was so great and easy to access each day. Parasail, banana boat, wave runner rentals available to the left of the resort. Very nice ppl to rent from. Fireworks set off from both piers-it was a great 4th of July week!

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! There were a few minor issues such as the balcony door doesn't lock and on windy days it whistled real bad, when we got there some of the dishes weren't entirely clean, and the check in instructions weren't quite clear. (You don't check in, you just go straight to your room) Other than that the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the kids loved the pool, and the elevators are super fast! The beach chaor situation wasn't clear either - if you want to reserve your chairs you have to go down the chair stand at 9 a.m. on the 1st morning and register, then they reserve your chairs every morning but not in the same spot. We loved the location of the condo - walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a great trip and would stay here again!
