This unit was as described. Amazing ocean view and sunset from the balcony and comfortable beds. The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable. The dryer wasn't working, but they installed brand new washer and dryer the day after we arrived. I would recommend providing better pots and pans for families like mine that likes to cook during vacation. Also, the vents needed to be cleaned. There are 2 beach umbrellas in the laundry room that we used since we didn't have beach service included. The instructions for parking weren't very clear, but we figured it out the first day. Also, the gym and office are on the 4th floor. There is no lobby and the unit didn't have this information anywhere and when I called Avari to ask, the person didn't know either. There are 4 elevators but one wasn't working and sometimes it took a little long, but the day we were leaving (Sunday) it was very busy and we had to wait for a long time. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would definitely book this condo again.

Our experience here was great. Clean and plenty of towels, kitchen utensils etc.Having a ceiling fan in living area and main bedroom was very useful.Highly recommend this property.

We have stayed in other units multiple times at Emerald Isle, but this is the first time in this unit. The master bed was very comfortable. I can’t speak to the beds in the secondary room since we didn’t use those. There are no comforters on the beds, but there is a basic thin blanket instead on top of the sheet. It was fine for us, but others may want something more on the beds. This is cosmetic, but a fresh coat of paint on the walls would go a long way to spruce up the unit a bit. We loved the rockers on the patio! Easy beach access, large balcony and covered parking are some of the reasons we have returned to Emerald Isle multiple times. Emerald Isle isn’t too big itself and it is also away from the overcrowded beach areas, which is a huge bonus! Communication from the management company was fantastic! Overall, great stay!
