I had a great experience with Avari Management Florida. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well-organized. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. The team was attentive and made sure everything met expectations, which made the overall experience stress-free.

The property was well-maintained and accurately represented, and I appreciated the attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in providing quality service and creating a positive experience for their guests.

I would definitely recommend Avari Management Florida to others and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Our stay with Avari Management in Florida was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We experienced multiple serious issues that completely ruined our vacation. There was a water leak coming from the upstairs unit that leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs area, creating a mess and making the space feel unsafe. The gate codes we were given didn’t work at all, which made it incredibly frustrating just trying to access the property. On top of that, the downstairs bathroom was not functioning properly, and we even experienced electrical issues with shorts in the power.
The worst part was the lack of communication and support. When we reached out to the host for help and resolution, we were ignored for 2–3 days. By the time we finally heard anything, there was still no real effort made to fix the problems or make things right. Despite all of these major issues, we were not offered any refund or compensation. Overall, this was a horrible experience and completely unacceptable.
