The dryer was broken in the unit. We reached out to management about the issue the first day, they said they would send someone and never did. We contacted them daily about the issue, and we kept getting the same response. They said they would contact me about the issue to resolve it, but I have yet to hear from them. We had to wash our clothes and place them on the balcony to dry. The refrigerator is also very outdated, and it wasn’t very cold.

The washers and dryers don't work, and there aren't enough towels or blankets—especially considering the high price they charge. There are very few amenities, and the service from the staff stationed by the elevator is terrible and awful; that man goes around scolding everyone. You go on vacation to relax, not to get yelled at. I would never come back to this place.

I had a wonderful stay! Don’t forget the salt and pepper for your morning eggs. The view is amazing!! The bed comfy. We walked to Coyote Ugly (nightclub). I’m a beach bum so I spent my days with n the sand, and beautiful it was morning, noon, and night! This was an awesome home looking forward to bringing my family back.

Had a few things that needed cleaned and looked like had been missed. Dust on tv stand then black grim around window sills. Black mold in the washer. Then the dryer lint trap is broken so anything that has a string on it got caught on that.. lost my daughter swim suite to that and couple other outfits so couldn’t do much laundry after that. Over all place is nice and peaceful everyone was friendly and happy to help. Is spring break week so I know it’s a lot of turn over so things get missed but the mold in the washer was something that shouldn’t get missed ever..
