The place was really nice and felt like home. Everything was convenient and in walking distance with plenty to do from the pool area to the beach and restaurants. The only issue was the long wait times for the elevator, other than that the place was lovely.

Resort needs double the elevators they currently have. Be prepared to either wait an extensive period of time for one or for them to be completely out of order. Besides that, the location was good and the amenities and restaurants inside the resort are very good.

Great place, had plenty of room for our group of 8. The wait for the elevators were sometimes long, also there isn’t a variety of pots and pans so if you plan on cooking, bring your own stuff. The place was clean and easy to get to. Also everything you could need is within walking distance. Beach was easy to access. Would stay again and recommend to others.

When we arrived, we were unexpectedly asked to pay $100 for amenities. We were told that if we did not pay this fee, we would not receive the parking passes and wristbands, which were supposed to be included at no additional cost. This extra charge was not disclosed anywhere on the Airbnb listing when we made the reservation.

The situation was very frustrating. We had to contact Airbnb for assistance, and we were advised to pay the fee that we would be reimbursed later. Unfortunately, that reimbursement never happened.

To make matters worse, the lady at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing and caused unnecessary stress during our stay.
