The elevators sucked and I wasn’t given the correct code at check in. I had to walk up 11 flights of stairs due to ever elevator being full not only to have to spend another 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the room. Other than that the place was amazing

Hello,
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent stay and to request a larger refund than the $50 previously offered.
On Saturday, we were locked out of our room starting at approximately 12:00 p.m. and were not able to regain access until around 4:00 p.m. This resulted in nearly four hours without access to our room. During this time, we had no keys, no money, and no way to access our belongings or amenities such as the pool. We were forced to sit on the floor outside of our room while waiting for assistance.
I made multiple calls attempting to get help and spent over 20 minutes on hold during several of those calls before finally receiving any response. Because the door lock was malfunctioning, maintenance had to drill out the existing lock and replace it. Even after the new lock was installed, we were still unable to enter the room because the passcode provided was incorrect, which caused additional delay.

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this property, different condo. The view is amazing the the house was clean and the decor was nice. I would recommend taking seasonings and cleaning supplies if needed because theres no extras. The beds arent very comfortable which was a bummer after long hot days but over all very nice and convenient.
